Breton's Birthday

I can't believe how lame of a dad and mom we are. We forgot to post some pics of Breton's birthday. Here are three good ones. The first two are of Breton tearing into his birthday cake that or friend Julie made. It was a little gorilla. Breton has a stuffed gorilla that I got him and he likes it so we ran with the whole gorilla thing. The little boy in the first picture is Breton's babysitting buddy. His name is Owen. Breton goes over to Owen's house while I am in class on tuesday wednesday and thursday. We think owen taught him how to walk. The third pictures was at my dad's house. On the swing set that I kinda grew up with. He liked it. Once again sorry we were so lame.

Christmas Time

This is the three of us putting up the christmas tree. Breton was a huge help kinda. He was great at taking off all of the ornaments that were within his reach. Then he would try and put them back on the tree. He couldn't quite figure out the hole put the limb through the string that would hold it. So then he kinda just started throwing ornaments at the tree which kinda worked. Then he stole our gold beads and tried to take off down the hall with them. He didn't know that as he walked the beads were coming of the spool. I almost forgot Breton had the honor of puttin the angel up on the tree.

Breton and his Girls

This a picture of both of Breton's girlfriends he likes the older ones. Just kidding this is a picture of Kallie and Addie with Breton. They are from Missouri.

Walking Breton is

This is for all of you that haven't been able to see Breton trolling for Momma Bears. He is still a little clumsy but he is crazy persistent (stubborn) I am not sure where he gets that from (Leslie). He is growing like a weed. I have to wait for this video to upload so while I am waiting I will tell a story. Breton is straight up the biggest flirt I have every seen. We were eating at Rosa’s last Monday or (celebrating Gma Gina's very last class of law school). There were about 5 high school girls sitting behind us. Breton saw them and went to work. He started staring to get their attention. Once he got it they were eating out of his palm. He was playing peek a boo. Then he would stick his tongue out and smile really big. Those girls were giggling like giddy high schoolers. It was hilarious he continued to do this for about 10 minutes. I wonder where he learned that from. ha ha

Feed Me

Breton loves trying to feed himself. As you can see he doesn't always hit his mouth. On the second one we were trying to get a picture of his teeth. His first four were the two bottom teeth and the outside ones on the top. His nickname was little vamp. He would smile big and give a hug and it looked like he was going in for the bit. The third, he just started smiling and we could see his teeth so we took the picture. If you click on it you can see his teeth really well.

Am i going to be Paul, Ringo, George or John

On this one Breton just wanted to show off his cool Beatles t-shirt.

Dad's wrong this is MY chair

Breton has become a little monkey. He climbs everywhere. This chair just happens to be where Leslie and I always sit. When he got into it he was really proud of himself. He was twisting and turning and really excited. Then I pointed the camera at him and he stopped moving and just started smiling. Now he has decided that this chair is his chair. We are going to have to get him his own chair.

The first picture of Breton is him is his chile pepper costume. The is a major problem it has no legs and he hated that. So we had to buy him a little elephant costume. He hates the hood on both of them. Whenever we put the hood on him he starts squealing and trying to pull it off. But as usual he really looks cute.

These pictures were taken in Logan Utah where Leslie ran the marathon. As you can see Breton is just hamming it up in the first picture. That next one is Jacob and Breton playing in Toni's (Leslie's sister) jogging stroller while Payton was hooking a tow rope to it so he could pull them around. We had some pictures from a family we new really well that leslie was imitating in the third photo. The boys weren't very into it. This was one of 5 or 6 the first few were of jacob giving Leslie the evil eye and Breton crying, Payton is like what ever Aunt leslie has the camera out agian.

This is Leslie and Breton right after Leslie finished running her marathon. She ran it in Logan Utah. It was called the Top of Utah Marathon. It has a 1% grade. Railroad grade is 2%. So if you have a train that has to go over a mountain it goes up and down at around 2%. Basically what I am trying to say is that the downhill isn't really that much of a down hill. Oh but the last 13 miles is up hill. Leslie really enjoyed and will probably run several more marathons.

This was a vote the the maker of Ecko clothing had to see what to do with Barry Bonds 756 homerun ball. The choice that won the vote was to brand the ball with an astrick and send it to the hall of fame. Proud to say that was the one I voted for.

This first picture is leslie at the summit of the west spanish peak. It is about 13,500 feet tall or some thing like that. The second picture is the of the west spanish peak were our cabin is at. This third picture is cool though. Leslie, Stuart, Matt and I found this tree as we were having a good hike. If you look close you can see that a bear is what scarred this tree. At the top you can see for individual claw marks which was pretty cool looking, however we were out in the middle of now where so is it was a little nerving to see it.

We recently went to our cabin. These are some of the fun pictures that we took. The first picture is breton at our tree swing. The second picture is our favorite this was Breton first time to play with and eat spaghetti. He had so much fun. Uncle Stu put all the spaghetti on his head and then Breton started crying and then I pointed the camera at him and he started smiling. He is a total poser for the camera. The third picture is of Uncle Matt and the poser. They have a lot of fun together. They are on the deck of our cabin. The fourth picture is our wonderful cabin. this place is awesome. It is our little slice of heaven.

Happy father's day to all of our Father's and Grandfathers!!!!!!

I am King!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breton likes to wear hats and these shorts just happen to fit. I tried to take them off of his head and he threw a little tantrum. So I decided that they were his crown. I know you can't really tell but in the second picture he was on top of a whole bunch of clean laundry and we were playing king of the hill. Lately this kid has been cracking us up. When he gets mad at either of us he starts yelling MAMAMAMAMAMAMAMA or DADADADADADADADA. For instance i was working on some homework I and I swear under his breath and quickly he said, "pick me up or I am going to tell MAMAMAMAMAMA!!!!!!!" Also I walked in his room one morning to get him and he was holding on the the edge of the crib standing there smiling. Oh and his favorite food is cheerios. If we have to do something for a minute we throw him in his excersaucer and put some cheerios in the little food holder, and goes at them double fisted and starts jamming them into his mouth. It is quite fun to watch.

My Favorite Toy

I love how kids find so many uses for their toys. He loves to sit in his excersaucer and eat cheerios. But the second you get him out he crawls underneath it. The funny thing he can't get out from underneath of it. So he gets under it plays for a little while and then throws a little fit until you get him out.

Man My Life is Hard

This kid lives a hard life. We were helping my grandpa screen in his porch and when someone went to get something out of his shed we found this swing. So when he got fussy we put him in it and in about 2 seconds he was out.

This is one of my favorite pics. This picture was taken a couple of days after Breton turned six months old. As you can tell Breton loves his mommy as well. I didn't realize a blog could be so fun. We took Breton to the doctor on the 8th of May for his six month check up. He is healthy as a horse but he is not growing as fast as he did in the beginning. At this check up he was 2' 2 1/2" and weighed 16lbs 8oz. He is scooting all over the house now too. I set Breton on the rug in our front room and went back into our bedroom to put up a couple articles of clothing. When I came out he was half way back to the bedroom. He is a persistent little bugger. He just scoots himself all over the place. Oh ya and the most important thing that he has done in the last six months is say "DADA". Yep that is right he loves his dad.

These are leslie's favorite Pictures. I promised her we only practice this over the bed or the couch. She still doesn't like it though. Breton was actually showing off for a friend and asked me to do this for him and as he was showing off mom showed up and said "let me take a picture." Breton didn't get into to much trouble. This also proves that you shouldn't let your infants watch TV cause Breton got this idea from an episode of scrubs.

Auntie Olivia went to florida during the last weekend in april. While there she was there she had to buy Breton his first mickey mouse ears. He likes them a lot and they even have his name embroidered on the back.

After this study session with dad Breton can could do taxes better than the guys you can pay!!

Breton and the Ball

This picture is very special because the basketball that Breton is next to is the same basketball that I took pictures with when I was six months old. The basketball belongs to Gpa Scott
